Lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the School of Government of the University of Maastricht (Holland) and a Master’s Degree in Tax Consulting from the Garrigues Studies Center (Spain).

He has been a leading partner and member of the tax law areas of KPMG, Arbe Abogados, Garrigues, Ferrero Abogados (PPU), Enel, Hernández & Cía, EY, Arthur Andersen.

He is in charge of national and international corporate tax advice for various public and private clients – from the telecommunications, financial, insurance, investment, construction, real estate, industrial, technological, audiovisual, digital, logistics, mining, retail, agriculture, sports, education sectors. , primarily focused on companies with sophisticated financing structures and on the analysis of business transactions to help their clients develop integrated tax approaches through compliance with local and international tax laws, restructuring of corporate assets, company reorganization or application of treaties to avoid double or multiple taxation.

He has been vice president of the Tax Affairs Committee of AMCHAM and AFIN. He is a member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT), the International Tax Association (IFA), and the Peruvian Institute of Tax Research and Development (IPIDET).

He is a Professor at different universities, researcher and lecturer.

He has been recognized by international guides such as Chambers & Partners, Leaders League and Best Lawyers, as one of the most prominent Peruvian tax lawyers.
